2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Display nudity, sexual content, or content involving minors.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Spam, advertise, or share malicious links.
• Record other users without their consent.
• Attempt to de-anonymize or dox other users.

3. Moderation & Bans

We may suspend or ban access (including by IP) at our discretion for violations. Profanity and prohibited content may result in immediate removal. Banned users may submit an appeal.

4. No Recording Policy

CHUMMA does not record chats. Any recording by users is prohibited and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. You interact with strangers at your own risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
