CHUMMA is built on respect and safety. Using the service means you agree to these rules.

No nudity or sexual content. Cameras are automatically scanned — explicit content adds warning points and leads to a temporary, then permanent, ban.

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or bullying. Treat every stranger the way you'd want to be treated.

Don't advertise, share malicious links, or flood the chat. Repeated or excessive links are blocked automatically.

Don't record, screenshot, or attempt to de-anonymize other users. Identities stay hidden until both choose to reveal.

CHUMMA is strictly for adults. Minors are not permitted, and reporting underage users helps keep everyone safe.

How the warning-point system works

•Explicit content detected on your camera adds warning points.
•Points decay over time as you keep a clean record.
•Completing normal, respectful chats restores your standing.
•At 6 points your account is banned for 24 hours, 10 points for 7 days, 14 points permanently.
•Every ban can be appealed — admins review the captured evidence before deciding.
